Encari was pleased to participate on the vendor panel in the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC)’s April CIP User Group meeting in Denver, CO on April 14th, 2009.  This meeting focused on CIP-003-1, Security Management Controls.  Steven Hamburg, Encari Co-Founder, contributed to the discussion, which addressed all considerations contained in this important standard, including cyber security policy management, cyber security policy exception management, information protection, access control, and change control and configuration management.
